"Sturdy little table, happy with it"
I picked up a small table from atcasa.co.in it’s been holding up well. The material feels solid and not cheap at all, even with daily use. Small personal win for me: I finally have a proper spot for my morning tea instead of balancing it on random things. There were a couple of tiny marks on one corner, but nothing that really bothers me. Overall, good quality for the price. Just wish the finishing was slightly cleaner. I’d give it 4 stars.

As someone who usually plans my day around deliveries, this was frustrating. My order showed up late, and I didn’t get any real update until it was basically already arriving. I get that delays happen, but the lack of communication made the whole experience annoying

My experience wasn’t the best. From my point of view, the staff took quite a while to respond, and when I spoke with them on the phone, they came across as a bit rude. They did eventually help me out, which I appreciated, but the way they communicated felt careless to me.

"Box showed up damaged, but it still works"
The box was banged up when it arrived, which made me nervous right away. Luckily, the product itself seems to work fine so far. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because i don’t really trust them to do much besides give me the runaround. Overall, it’s okay, but the shipping could definitely be better.

"Shipping cost was a turn off"
I had a few things picked out and was ready to check out, but the shipping cost was literally too much. It felt annoying to see that added at the end, so I just canceled the order. For smaller orders, it really doesn’t feel worth it.

I’d say it felt about a size too tight on me. I checked the size chart before ordering, but it didn’t really help much, maybe only gave me a rough idea. Overall, the fit just wasn’t what I expected.

"Warranty support worked out, but needed patience"
I had to reach out to atcasa.co.in for a warranty issue, the support was decent overall. They did respond and the problem was eventually sorted, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. From my side, though, it felt like I had to follow up a few more times than I should have. If they made the process a little quicker and smoother, it would feel much better for customers.

I checked out atcasa.co.in and, i was a bit disappointed with the design. Some sections do look clean, but overall it feels kind of dull and not very fresh or premium. The colors and layout don’t really come together that well, and the whole thing feels a little too plain for my taste. It works fine, but if looks matter to you, it’s not very impressive.

I ordered a wooden piece from atcasa.co.in and it turned out nice. The finish looks clean, the corners don’t feel rough, and the joints seem strong enough. It has that handmade feel, which I liked, even though I’m not exactly an expert in wood stuff. There was a small mark on the back side, but since it’s on the back I don’t really care much. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but maybe that’s because it’s made properly, I guess. Overall, I’m happy with it...
